Trailhead Printing came to GroClix with more than just a print shop—they came with heart, hustle, and a community-first mindset. Based in Simsbury, CT, Trailhead was already known locally for high-quality apparel, banners, and print materials. But like many growing businesses, they were so focused on serving their customers that their digital presence hadn’t quite caught up with the work they were doing offline.
From our first conversation with founder Matt Nardozza, we could tell this wasn’t going to be a cookie-cutter project. Trailhead isn’t your average printer—and we didn’t want to build them an average website.
GroClix worked closely with the Trailhead team to fully reimagine their brand online. We developed a clear message, modern site design, and approachable tone that reflects what Trailhead customers already know: they care deeply about their work and go out of their way to make sure every order is done right.
We also emphasized Trailhead’s speed and affordability—two things customers love about them but weren’t being communicated effectively online. The new site features organized product pages, quote request flows, and clear service descriptions, making it easier than ever for small businesses, schools, and individuals to get what they need, fast.
But we didn’t stop at just the website. Together, we’re building Trailhead’s blog and content strategy, rolling out SEO enhancements, and continuing to highlight what makes this local print partner special. In many ways, Trailhead is what GroClix is all about—amplifying the voices of small, community-driven businesses with big potential.
This partnership is just getting started, and we’re proud to be helping Trailhead Printing grow one high-quality project at a time.
